1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Formlite (“Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. Your continued use of Formlite indicates acceptance of any updates we publish here.

2. Service Description

Formlite is a SaaS platform for building, sharing, and analyzing forms. Features may evolve over time; we’ll always strive to keep the core experience simple and focused.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any functionality. When changes are material, we’ll communicate them in-product or via email.

3. Accounts & Security

• Provide accurate information during signup and keep it current.
• Protect your credentials. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
• Let us know immediately at security@formlite.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or disrupt other customers.

4. Acceptable Use

• No illegal activity or content that violates applicable laws.
• No spam, phishing, or unsolicited mass messaging.
• No attempts to probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without permission.
• No scraping or automated access that degrades performance for others.
• Respect intellectual property rights and data privacy requirements.

5. Plans, Billing & Refunds

Starter plan: 3 active forms, 100 responses/mo, Formlite branding, basic analytics.

Pro plan: unlimited forms and responses, exports, advanced analytics, priority support.

Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.

New Pro upgrades include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email billing@formlite.app and we’ll make it right.

6. Ownership

You own the content and data you create. Formlite only processes it to deliver the Service.

All platform code, design, and infrastructure belong to Formlite. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell access without written permission.

7. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for ensuring the forms you run comply with regulations like GDPR or CCPA, where applicable.

8. Liability

Formlite is provided “as is”. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid during the 12 months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Formlite, its founder, and collaborators harmless from any claims or damages resulting from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
